There will be a Public Forum before the meeting commences, which will be restricted to 15 minutes in total. Public participation within the agenda is at the discretion of the Chair. District and County Councillor reports will be heard at the conclusion of the Public Forum.

iv. To resolve to remove signatures from the Barclays account for those no longer on the Council, including change of address for statements
