Solar Panels for Village Hall £8640 The WTC approved the grant between the biannual meetings on 7 October 2021. An invoice has been received and funds released for payment. As it stands, the Village Hall Trustees (VHT) bank is not accepting payment and so returned funds to The Carltons Turbine Account. The VHT are in dialogue with their bank. A financial report on the status of funds will be included in the grant report on 18 August 2022. |

Village Hall Fence £1600 A grant deadline extension request has not been rejected by the WTC . The grant applicant assured the WTC that the work will be completed in good time for the Carltons Queens Jubilee celebrations starting on Thursday 2 June 2022 for four days. |

St Edith’s Tree Works £720 The WTC met and approved an emergency grant between the biannual meetings on 7 October 2021. The grant was centred on work on the Cedars of Lebanon in St Edith’s churchyard. An invoice has been paid. The tree works are on the Parish Council draft agenda for 10 March 2022, as dialogue about the Cedars is needed with Colin Horton, ELDC Tree Officer. |
