Parish Residents Tony Lazell and Lionel Budd spoke to help the committee with their decisions. Two letters from residents had been circulated to the committee beforehand to support their decision-making during agenda items. Carole Lazell received a phone call from a resident. Carole relayed the resident’s views in the appropriate agenda item to support the committee decision-making. |

Investment Opportunity Sept 2020 Follow Up– Carl Richardson Action: Peter Hill and Angela Arden to continue investment thinking with Carl Richardson and report back on 12 August 2021, as we search for an investment opportunity to provide a better return on investment for our funds, in order to benefit future Carltons generations. Post-meeting support offered by Sue Hebden. |

3. Finances John Hodge provided the meeting with the current bank reconciled balances for our three accounts, verified by Tony Lazell and Angela Arden of the finance committee in preparation for this meeting. |

4. Governance Draft Review The committee could not agree on an acceptable document. Action: The document will be worked on outside the biannual meetings by the whole committee. |

6.10 Solar Panels - Village Hall Trustees Applicant: David Reetham Conflicts of interest: Clive Reetham, John Smith The rest of the committee approved the grant of £8640.00 subject to a satisfactory roof survey. A sub-committee of Peter Hill, Carole Lazell and Sue Hebden will work with David Reetham.
